  • * Are your products assessed and insured?
    Yes... All Bloomspa products are fully assessed and insured. All our products have a Cosmetic Product Safty Assessment Report (CPSR) and we are fully covered with liability insurance.
  • * Do you sell wholesale?
    Yes We Do... Send us an enquiry via Email and we can provide a bespoke quote.
  • * Can I customise an order for my wedding or party?
    Of course you can. We would love to create and produce beautiful gifts for your special occasion. Please send us an enquiry via Email and we can discuss your requirements.
  • * Can I order from outside the UK?
    Yes...We ship our parcels worldwide.
  • * Can I return and refund an order?
    Yes you can if you recieve the wrong or damaged items. But please understand that we are only a small business and the return postage will be paid for by the customer. We do not accept returns or refunds for any order that you change your mind or make a mistake when placing your order.
